Stone Mountain Boys

- Featuring...

The Stone Mountain Boys were formed in Dallas, TX in 1965. The original Boys were Bosco Land, Mitchell Land, Alan Munde, and Tooter Williams. Various other musicians were part of the group until the group disbanded after the death of Mitchell Land.

A few years ago Bosco reformed the group to include Bosco, playing rhythm guitar, Eric Grace, from Denver, CO, playing mandolin, Dennis Bailey from Dallas, TX, on the Banjo, and Pat Carbone from Denver, CO, on the upright bass. They have performed together several times for special shows. The Boys still play the traditional bluegrass music standards of Bill Monroe, Jim and Jesse, Lester Flatt, Earl Scruggs, and Jimmy Martin
